주식회사 샤랩(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

제1조. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 필수항목: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 기기 정보(OS·브라우저), IP 주소
• 선택항목: 실명, 출생연도, 성별, 연령대, 거주 지역(시·도), 배송지 주소
• 소셜 로그인 시 자동 수집: 카카오·구글 계정의 이메일 주소 및 프로필 정보(각 서비스가 허용한 범위)

제3조. 개인정보 보유·이용 기간

• 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 (단, 법령상 보존 기간 별도 적용)

제2조 (정의)

• "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 찬반 투표, 예측, 댓글 및 이와 관련된 모든 온라인 서비스를 말합니다.
• "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 모든 자를 말합니다.
• "회원"이란 서비스에 가입하여 이용자 ID를 부여받은 자를 말합니다.
• "포인트·하트"란 서비스 내에서 이용자에게 지급되거나 적립되는 가상 재화를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 화면 게시 또는 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 약관은 공지 후 7일이 경과하면 효력이 발생합니다.

제4조 (서비스 이용 자격)

• 서비스는 만 14세 이상인 자가 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 카카오 또는 구글 계정으로 소셜 로그인을 완료한 자에 한하여 일부 기능이 제공됩니다.
• 타인의 정보 도용 또는 허위 정보 제공 시 이용 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

• 댓글 및 커뮤니티 기능
• 포인트(하트) 적립 및 사용 기능
• 기타 회사가 추가 개발하거나 제휴를 통해 제공하는 서비스

제6조 (이용자 금지 행위)

• 허위 정보 유포 또는 타인 기망 행위
• 동일·유사 내용 반복 게시(도배) 행위
• 타인 비방·모욕 또는 명예 훼손 행위
• 저작권 등 지식재산권 침해 행위
• 음란·폭력·혐오 콘텐츠 게시 행위
• 어뷰징, 다중 계정 생성, 자동화 프로그램(봇) 사용 등 비정상적 이용
• 회사의 사전 동의 없는 영리 목적 이용
• 기타 관계 법령 또는 본 약관에서 금지하는 행위

제7조 (포인트·하트)

• 포인트(하트)는 서비스 내 활동을 통해 적립되며, 현금으로 환급되지 않습니다.
• 부정한 방법으로 포인트를 적립한 경우 회사는 이를 회수하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 시 미사용 포인트는 소멸되며, 복구되지 않습니다.
• 포인트 유효기간·지급 조건 등 세부 사항은 서비스 내 별도 공지를 따릅니다.

제8조 (계정 정지 및 이용 제한)

회사는 이용자가 제6조의 금지 행위를 하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 경우, 사전 통보 없이 이용 제한 또는 계정 정지·삭제 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (회원 탈퇴)

이용자는 언제든지 고객센터([email protected])를 통해 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 즉시 개인정보 및 서비스 이용 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

제10조 (개인정보의 수집·이용)

회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용하며, 보유·제공·파기 등 구체적 사항은 「개인정보처리방침」에 따릅니다.

• 수집 항목: (필수) 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 서비스 이용 기록 / (선택) 실명, 출생연도, 성별, 연령대, 거주 지역(시·도), 배송지 주소
• 이용 목적: 회원 식별 및 서비스 운영, 논쟁별 인구통계 인포그래픽(연령·성별·거주 지역별 여론 분포) 제작·제공, 고객 문의·불편사항 접수 및 응대, 생일 등 기념일 이벤트·혜택 안내 및 경품·사은품 제공과 배송
• 선택 항목은 이용자의 동의를 받아 수집하며, 동의를 거부하여도 기본 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. 다만 인포그래픽 정보 제공·기념일 이벤트·경품 배송 등 해당 목적의 혜택 제공은 제한될 수 있습니다.

제11조 (책임 제한)

• 천재지변·서버 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 게시한 정보의 정확성·신뢰성에 대해 회사는 보증하지 않습니다.
• 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 회사는 개입 의무가 없으며, 이로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 분쟁 발생 시 민사소송법 상의 관할 법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.

(the "Company") protects users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1. Personal Information We Collect

• Required: Email address, nickname, service usage records, access logs, device information (OS·browser), IP address
• Optional: Real name, year of birth, gender, age group, region of residence (province/city), shipping address
• Automatically collected on social login: Email address and profile information from Kakao·Google accounts (within the scope each service permits)
• Automatically generated during use: Pro/con voting records, comments, prediction records, points·hearts balance and history

Article 2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Membership registration and identity verification
• Providing and operating the Nonjang service (pro/con voting·prediction·comments·points system)
• Producing and providing per-debate demographic infographics (opinion distribution by age·gender·region of residence)
• Service improvement and new service development
• Preventing illegal·fraudulent use and ensuring stable service operation
• Receiving and responding to customer inquiries·complaints, and dispute resolution
• Anniversary events·benefits such as birthdays, and the provision and delivery of prizes·gifts
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Article 3. Retention and Use Period

• Member information: Until membership withdrawal (statutory retention periods apply separately)
• Service usage records·logs: 3 months
• E-commerce related records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Consumer complaint·dispute records: 3 years

Article 4. Provision to Third Parties

As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. Exceptions apply where the user has given prior consent or where required by law.

Article 6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

The Company uses browser localStorage to provide customized services. You may refuse this in your browser settings, but some service features may then be limited.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between shalab Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Nonjang service (the "Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the pro/con voting, prediction, comments, and all related online services provided by the Company.
• "User" means anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Member" means a person who has registered for the Service and been granted a user ID.
• "Points·Hearts" means virtual currency granted or accrued to users within the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, and amended Terms take effect 7 days after such notice.

Article 4 (Eligibility)

• The Service is available to persons aged 14 or older.
• Certain features are provided only to those who complete social login with a Kakao or Google account.
• Eligibility may be revoked for identity theft or the provision of false information.

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

• Pro/con voting on social issues and provision of results
• Prediction participation and accuracy statistics
• Comments and community features
• Points (hearts) accrual and use
• Other services the Company additionally develops or provides through partnerships

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Spreading false information or deceiving others
• Repeatedly posting identical·similar content (spamming)
• Slandering, insulting, or defaming others
• Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Posting obscene·violent·hateful content
• Abusing, creating multiple accounts, using automated programs (bots), or other abnormal use
• Commercial use without the Company's prior consent
• Other conduct prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms

Article 7 (Points·Hearts)

• Points (hearts) are accrued through in-service activity and are not refundable in cash.
• If points are accrued by improper means, the Company may reclaim them or suspend the account.
• Upon withdrawal, unused points are forfeited and cannot be restored.
• Details such as point validity periods and grant conditions follow separate notices within the Service.

Article 8 (Account Suspension and Restriction)

If a user engages in prohibited conduct under Article 6 or interferes with Service operation, the Company may restrict use or suspend·delete the account without prior notice.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

Users may request withdrawal at any time via customer support ([email protected]). Upon withdrawal, personal information and service usage records are handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 10 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The Company collects and uses personal information as follows to provide the Service; details on retention, provision, and destruction follow the Privacy Policy.

• Optional items are collected with the user's consent, and refusing consent does not restrict basic use of the Service. However, benefits tied to those purposes—such as infographic information, anniversary events, and prize delivery—may be limited.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters·server failures.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy·reliability of information posted by users.
• The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
